In early 2019, a subsidiary called Basco for Water Technologies was established. Basco has brought on a team of experts who  have  undertaken  many  challenging  projects  and  accumulated  skills, know-how  and  experiences  in  design  and  build  water solutions, and related engineering works. Basco for Water Technologies provides the following services:

1. Desalination Plants

The design, supply, installation, operation and maintenance of customized desalination by reverse osmosis (RO) for both brackish and sea water applications.

  2. Waste Water Treatment

The design and build of municipal and industrial waste water treatment plants utilizing aerobic, anaerobic or membrane treatment processes. Biological treatment processes include Activated Sludge and Extended Aeration, Membrane Bio-Reactors (MBR), Sequencing Batch Reactors (SBR), and Trickling Filters.

 

  3. Water Purification Plants

The design and build of water purifications systems to treat surface water, removing microorganisms and natural pollutants, to make it potable. The processes used under this category include filtration, flocculation, clarification, filtration and disinfection. 

 

  4.Pumping Stations

The supply and installation of the electromechanical equipment of pumping stations.
